Price Increase
As you may be aware, the Rand/Dollar exchange rate has been volatile for quite some time Since 1 January 2022 $1 USD = R15.951 and has moved to $1 USD = R19.911. This a remarkable 24.826% increase which we cannot sustain. We are anticipating further increases in the exchange rate. This fluctuation has had a direct impact on the cost of all our software license renewals, most domain name registrations, and renewals.
We have absorbed the costs as long as we could but unfortunately, and with regret, we no longer are able to absorb the rising costs and are having to increase our prices, effective from 01 December 2023 at a rate of 15%.

We also provide free remote access support which is limited to email, hosting and website issues. Please be reminded that this support excludes repairs or system (pc, laptop etc
It has become necessary for us to recover the costs of clients who exceed their package quotas because we must pay if we exceed our global sever quotas on space and bandwidth.
Disk Space Overage = R31.50 per GB
Bandwidth Overage = R3.50 per GB
Over quota Email accounts will be R15.00 Per Email Account
