Notice of Price Adjustment

As you may be aware, the Rand/Dollar exchange rate has remained relatively stable over the past year, with a slight fluctuation from R19.911 to R18.868. Despite this stability, we have been facing increasing costs and expenses in providing our hosting services.
To ensure the sustainability of our services, we regret to inform you that we will be implementing a 7.5% price increase, effective May 1, 2025. We believe this adjustment is minimal and reasonable, given the current economic climate.
We take pride in having provided reliable hosting services to our esteemed clients for nearly three decades. To maintain our commitment to affordability, we have implemented measures to reduce support requirements, including:
- A comprehensive knowledge base, available at www.fisheaglecoast.net
- Free remote access support for email, hosting, and website issues (excluding repairs or system-related issues)
